By accessing and using the Moonmylight travel management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Moonmylight platform for personal or commercial travel management purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the platform
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moonmylight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
